Police Blotter

The information in the blotter comes from Ames Police records provided to the Iowa State Daily. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty.
October 14
- Christine Williams, 2242 Willow Hall, was arrested on a warrant for a false report and harassment. She was released on $650 bond.
October 15
- Jonathan Anderson, 2803 Wessex Dr. #293, was arrested for public intoxication and a warrant for failure to appear on a public intoxication charge. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Michael McMiller, Lake Bluff, Ill., was arrested for public intoxication.
October 16
- James Morris, 1002 Yuma Ave., was arrested on a warrant for third-degree criminal mischief. He was released on zero percent of $6,500.
- Kyle Nordeen, 3726 Tripp St. #413, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation. He was released on $8,500 bond.
October 17
- Joshua Shadid, 4701 Steinbeck St. #17, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and a tax stamp violation. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Justin Faust, 4701 Steinbeck St. #17, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was released on citation.
- Courtney Leese, 200 Stanton Ave. #60C, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Eric Wilson, Ogden, was arrested for contempt of court and failure to pay parking tickets. He was fined $224 and given time to pay.
October 18
- Michael Deraad, 1300 Coconino Rd. #137, was arrested for public intoxication and interference with official acts. He pled guilty and was fined $300 plus costs.
- Tigne Sefeik, 4315 Maricopa Dr., was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Matthew Konopa, 3803 Tripp St. #5, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.
- Linda Ellett, 5115 4th St. #311, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. She was released on zero percent of $2,500.
- Brady Hurt, 2220 Ash Ave., was arrested for public intoxication and trespass. He was released on citation.
