To those who decry the recent partial-birth abortion ban: Has it ever occurred to you that perhaps abortion is not merely a social, economic or medical dispute, but primarily a moral one? That perhaps, considering when human life actually begins, it is uncivilized and barbaric for humans to destroy their young? That perhaps, realizing unwanted pregnancies create hardships, desired ends don’t always justify the means?

That perhaps abortion ought to be abolished because this would be the right thing to do?
