October 1

• Shawn Piel, 304 Lynn Ave. #13, warrant for failure to appear on a pubic intoxication charge. He was released on $325 bond.
• Matthew Jager, 314 Welch Ave., was arrested on a warrant for harassment. He was released on $325 bond.

October 2

• Cullen Garvey, 210 S. Hyland Ave. #6, was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on zero percent of $2,325 bond.
• Jerry Mimes, 4405 Castlewood Pl. #3, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct. He was released on zero percent of $500.

October 3

• Arcadio Manzo, 3507 Lincoln Way #9, was arrested for public intoxication and on a warrant from the Story County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $2,575 bond.

October 4

• Alejandro Gauna, 1341 Larch Hall, was arrested on possession of alcohol under the legal age, public intoxication and consumption. He was released on citation.
• Angela Moore, Marshalltown, was arrested for six parking warrants for contempt of court. She was released on $435 bond.

• Wesley Moon, 2511 Storm St., was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Kevin Velasquez, Muscatine, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• David Lundquist, Rockford, Ill., was arrested for public intoxication and theft. He was released on zero percent of $500.
• Andrew Hollinger, Indianola, was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $200 plus costs.
