September 9
- Cory Walton, 1597 Xenia Dr., was arrested for operating while intoxicated. He was released on zero percent of $6,500.
- Jamie McCollough, 227 Crystal St. #571, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Steven Mossburg, 715 Wilson Ave. #15, was arrested on two warrants of contempt of court. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Ryan Algimanntas Bracius, 2613 Hunt Ave., was arrested on two warrants of criminal mischief and criminal trespass. He was released on zero percent of $10,325.
- Gloria Solis, 6100 W. Lincoln Way, was arrested for fourth-degree theft. He was released on citation.
September 10
- Toby Thurston, 507 6th Ave., Clarence, was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 plus costs.
- Joshua Reed, 4228 Frederiksen Court, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
- Ricky Hampton, no address, was arrested for domestic abuse. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $2,000 bond.
September 11
- Richard Eaton, 802 7th Ave. N., Fort Dodge, was arrested for fifth-degree theft. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $6,500 bond.
- Eugene Buchanan, 1106 E. 6th St. #1, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay a fine. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
- Michael Wakefield, 110 N. 1st Ave., Marshalltown, was arrested for second degree robbery and simple assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $50,000 bond.
- Stanley Houston, no address, was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $147.
- Scott Harriman, 3272 Xircus Ave., Ellsworth, was arrested for pubic intoxication, assault on an officer, and interference with official acts. He was released on $6,500 bond.
September 12
- Moreno Revue, no address, was arrested for public intoxication. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
- Katie Blair, 2138 Sunset Dr., was arrested for public intoxication. She was released on citation.
