• Toby Thurston, 507 6th Ave., Clarence, was arrested for public intoxication. He pleaded guilty and was fined $100 plus costs.
• Joshua Reed, 4228 Frederiksen Court, was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Ricky Hampton, no address, was arrested for domestic abuse. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $2,000 bond.

• Richard Eaton, 802 7th Ave. N., Fort Dodge, was arrested for fifth-degree theft. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $6,500 bond.
• Eugene Buchanan, 1106 E. 6th St. #1, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay a fine. He pleaded guilty and was fined.
• Michael Wakefield, 110 N. 1st Ave., Marshalltown, was arrested for second degree robbery and simple assault. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office and held on $50,000 bond.
