- Elizabeth Winkie, 19, Urbandale, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Sheldon Avenue and Lincoln Way.
- Adrionna Perea, 18, 628 Maple Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Andrew McCurren, 18, 1135 Friley Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Lane McKay, 19, Boone, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Hunt Street and Welch Avenue.
- Brock Swisher, 19, Harlan, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Little Street and Welch Avenue.
- Chelsey Huston, 18, Lake Mills, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Welch Avenue.
- Brian Towers, 20, 4509 Twain Circle, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Little Street and Welch Avenue.
- Benjamin Kracke, 20, 7225 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Hyland Avenue.
- Matthew Konopa, 19, 4910 Ontario St., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated and open container at Hyland Avenue and Lincoln Way.
- David Goetzinger, 19, Westphalia, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Little Street and Welch Avenue.
- Felice Anthony, 20, 200 Stanton Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
- Ryan Halls, 20, 208 Howard Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference on Welch Avenue.
- Adam Kuehl, 22, Iowa City, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and interference on Stanton Avenue.
- Andrew VanMeter, 19, 2140 Ashmore Ct., was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated on Gray Avenue. *
- Ashly Brown, Iowa City, reported losing a cellular telephone on Sept. 13 in Lot G2.
- Lindsey Alexander, 1300 Coconino Road, reported damage to the outside mirror of her vehicle while leaving Lot G2 on Sept. 13.
- A resident reported losing her purse at Oak Hall.
- A resident reported damage to two interior hallway lights at Frederiksen Court.
September 15
- A staff member reported the theft of two computer monitors from Knapp-Storms Commons.
- A student reported that an unknown man approached, yelled obscenities, and tried to spit on him. The suspect was gone upon officer arrival at Veterinary Medicine.
- Amy Scheuerell, 4115 Frederiksen Court, reported the theft of a laptop computer from the Frederiksen Court Community Center.
