• Matthew Youngs, 18, Kelley, was charged with underage possession of alcohol and interference with official acts at Ash Avenue and Sunset Drive.
• Michael Dusing, 19, 7424 Frederiksen Court, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Knapp Street and Welch Avenue.
• Matthew Hoffman, 18, 3369 Larch Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol (second offense) at Gable Lane and Gray Avenue.
• Joseph Janning, 19, Carroll, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Gable Lane and Gray Avenue.
• Erin Enger, 18, 363 Linden Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol at Pearson Avenue and Sunset Drive.
