• August 23
• John Nash, 210 S. Hyland Ave. #6, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of alcohol under the legal age, and charged with a tax stamp violation. He was released on a $20,000 surety bond.
• Steven Grether, 616 Meadow Pl., was arrested for public intoxication. He was released on citation.
• Chase Winkey, 426 S. Johnson St. #C, Iowa City, was arrested for possession of alcohol under the legal age, possession of a controlled substance, harassing a public officer and possession of fake identification. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Brian Welp, 405 SW 5th St. #20, Ankeny, was arrested for public intoxication. He pled guilty and was fined.
• Cesar Cabrera, 4715 Hutchinson St., was arrested on a aggravated domestic charge. He was transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
