You know this whole mess would go away if Jimmy John’s would just drop the issue and publicly apologize for all the problems you have caused. Don’t blame the city code or the drunks or whoever else you might feel is responsible. Take some responsibility and just admit you were wrong to make such a fuss over this and move on.

By denying any wrong you have done you just make it that much easier for people to stop eating at your place, and you just continue to shoot yourself in the foot by continuing this nonsense.

Just suck it up and apologize for all the commotion you have caused Jimmy John’s, and take some responsibility. I, for one, will not eat in your establishment again until you do so and I hope others don’t either!
