Regarding the article about Jimmy John’s, I have never eaten at the gyro stand, but its been a fixture in this community for longer than I can remember.

Jimmy John’s is looking to push its competition away. The gyro stand was there long before Jimmy John’s moved in.

It would seem to me that Jimmy John’s should have done better research on where to re-locate their operation. Maybe that’s why Mr. Merchant is now complaining.

It seems to me that this was a petty thing. I’ve lost all respect for Jimmy John’s. I have been a customer of theirs in the past but no longer.

I won’t spend my money there any more.

Of course the gyro stand could always just offer a camping porta-potty … or a five gallon bucket.
