We want to encourage you to remember to continue to treat visiting fans and teams with respect. Cyclone fans have developed a reputation for loyalty, enthusiasm and sportsmanship. This reputation mirrors that of our entire athletics program, including Cyclone football.

It is a reputation of integrity and character. There is no place for any type of unsportsmanlike behavior, including profanity on T-shirts. We are asking you, our loyal fans, to team up with our student-athletes and entire team staff and represent this university with the highest standards of sportsmanship. We are asking no more of our fans than we ask of our student-athletes, coaches and staff. Iowa State University, our fans and alumni are respected and recognized in the Big 12 Conference and across the country for their loyalty and support.
