LETTER:Laramie Project great example

I had the privilege to attend the dress rehearsal of the play The Laramie Project which will be performed over the next weekend by ISU Theater.

The diverse cast does ISU students proud with very versatile and mature performances as each actor played several emotionally difficult parts.

The staff and crews provided creative and excellent lighting, costuming, sets, and direction.

Any person of good conscience or spiritual commitment would benefit from this portrayal of the impact a hate-based murder had on a community similar to Ames.

This show is a gift to the community and an important act of both artistry and compassionate action. This text reflects my personal opinion and is not intended to represent the opinion of the Student Counseling Service or any other individual associated with SCS.
