One thing I have learned in my business classes at Iowa State is that the key to keeping workers happy and productive is to recognize their hard work. Why aren’t all staff members given attribution in the Daily? Do they not work as hard as everyone else? My advice to you is to print the complete list of contributing staff members, including all assignment editors, copy editors and page designers in every issue of the Daily.

Even last year, when “Queen Andrea” was the editor in chief, she at least gave credit where credit was due.
