It is disappointing to see that the Iowa State Daily is just like the rest of the media when it comes to biased reporting on sport utility vehicles.

A poorly headlined article, “Woman in SUV case pleads guilty,” (Aug 26) starts out by telling the readers how well Lizzie Grubman’s boy-friend supported her.

Was the acronym SUV placed in the headline just to help readers associate SUVs with careless drivers?

Only one sentence in the article is even related to the headline. The Daily needs to work on including relevant information in its articles.
