Organ Donor to play at Hawthorn

Local band Organ Donor will perform a set at the Hawthorn Court Community Center. Organ Donor is on local label Bi-Fi Records.

The all-ages show starts at 8 p.m.

Stars Over Veishea tickets on sale

Tickets for this year’s Stars Over Veishea production, “Grease,” cost $6 to $10 for students and $10 to $15 for others. They are available through all Ticketmaster outlets, as well as the Iowa State Center Ticket Office.

“Grease” will be presented by the ISU Theatre at Stephens Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. April 19 and 20, and 2 p.m. April 21.

Rock the Rec tickets on sale

Soul Asylum is the featured band for this year’s Rock the Rec at Leid Recreation Center. Ultimate Fakebook will open the show.

Tickets are currently on sale at the Iowa State Center Ticket Office and the Memorial Union Ticket Office. They cost $5 in advance or $7 the day of the show.

Rock the Rec is April 18 from 9 p.m. to midnight.
