I would like to express my concern about Carmen Cerra’s “Poison Ink” sketch in Monday’s Daily. It is a disturbing fact that an act of violence carried out should be traced back to Gandhian philosophy and desecrate the sacrifice and struggle and the very principle the man stood for.

I express my anguish and anger at the sketch appearing in the Iowa State Daily, which should represent harmony and not an attitude that defames a states man whose widely respected all over the world.
