GSB seminars this week for candidates

Students interested in running for Government of the Student Body Senate or executive seats should attend one of five mandatory seminars. Seminars will take place today through Wednesday.

GSB Election Commissioner Steve Skutnik will explain the GSB Election Code, election procedures and deadlines to potential candidates. For a copy of the election code, go to the GSB Web site at www.gsb.iastate.edu/documents.

Seminars, which will last about a half hour, will be:

2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monday in the Campanile Room of the Memorial Union.

Noon Tuesday in the Campanile Room.

2 p.m. Wednesday in the Campanile Room.

Following the 7 p.m. GSB Senate meeting in the Pioneer Room.
