`1800 Seconds’ needs cast members

“1800 Seconds” will be holding auditions from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday in Studio B of the Communications Building. Much of the cast and production cast will be graduating, and new members are needed.

“1800 Seconds” is a sketch comedy program on ISU’s student-run TV station, CY46. It is in its third year of production.

Nirvana, Sublime form new band

Eyes Adrift, a band consisting of former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic, Sublime drummer Bud Gaugh and Meat Puppets founding guitarist Curt Kirkwood, has just finished recording and is about to embark on a West Coast tour.

Eyes Adrift plans to release an album, although the release date is still undetermined.
