Kaleidoquiz 2002 approaching
Kaleidoquiz 2002 is fast approaching. The event is sponsored by Iowa State’s campus radio station, KURE 88.5 FM.
KQ is a 26-hour trivia marathon featuring music montages, traveling questions and scavenger hunts. There will also be added surprises this year. Top-scoring teams will take home prizes from various local businesses and KURE.
This year’s KQ begins at 4 p.m. on March 1 and ends at 6 p.m. on March 2. Entry forms are available at the KURE office, 1199 Friley Hall.
Applications are due by Feb. 15 and cost $25; applications received after Feb. 15 will cost $30.

`Amelie’ hits big in North America
“Amelie,” the film starring Audrey Tautou, has become the highest-grossing French-language film ever released in North America. It has totaled more than $20.8 billion in box-office receipts.
