Former Nirvana members file suit
Ex-Nirvana band members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic filed a countersuit against Kurt Cobain’s widow, Courtney Love, on Thursday.
Love had previously filed a suit to dissolve her contract with Grohl and Novoselic and to claim all rights to the band.
Grohl and Novoselic are countersuing because Love had previously agreed to allow the release of a box set of Nirvana material, but then she changed her mind and blocked the release.
