Students to compete in business contest
Three ISU student teams will advance to the final competition of the Pappajohn New Venture Business Plan Competition today.
Stacy Holzbauer, senior in veterinary medicine; Troy Kaiser, junior in veterinary medicine; Andriy Ignatov, graduate student in business administration; and Karla Mae Ayres-Elling, graduate student in educational leadership and policy studies, will present their start-up business plans to John Pappajohn and the Equity Dynamics staff in Des Moines.
The teams will compete with students from colleges across the state for three $5,000 cash awards from John Pappajohn.
