Historian Howard Zinn speaks tonight

Howard Zinn, one of the country’s most respected historians, is speaking at 8 p.m. in the Sun Room of the Memorial Union.

His classic, “A People’s History of the United States,” is widely used in college and university classrooms.

He is now a professor emeritus of political science at Boston University.

Zinn’s lecture “History that Embraces Humanity” is sponsored by the Institute on World Affairs.
