Rush Limbaugh loses hearing
Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh announced Monday that he is almost deaf. He says he plans to continue his nationally syndicated radio program.
Scorsese film postponed
Martin Scorsese has postponed the release of his Miramax film “Gangs of New York” until 2002 in wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The movie involves warring gangs in New York City. It is set in the Civil War era.
Jamiroquai singer pleads not guilty
Jay Kay, frontman for British alternative band Jamiroquai, pleaded not guilty to assault charges. Kay was allegedly involved in an altercation with a photographer in London in April.
Dennis Gill, the photographer, says Kay punched him and destroyed more than $350 worth of camera equipment.
