ROTC Cadets collect donations

Army, Navy, Marine and Air Force ROTC Cadets at Iowa State, along with Firstar Bank of Ames, is collecting donations for the Army Emergency Relief Fund. The money raised will help victims of the Pentagon tragedy and their families.

Donations will be collected from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday in the Memorial Union, the Hub and in front of Curtiss Hall, and from 4:15 to 6:45 p.m. in the residence hall dining facilities.

Money raised from this event will go to help defray burial costs and provide supplies to those in need. Also, college scholarships will be given to children who lost parents in the Sept. 11 terrorist attack from the Army Emergency Relief Fund.

Anyone who can’t make a donation at one of these locations but would like to may contact Sandi Partlow of the ISU Army ROTC at 294-0311.
