Beginning 6:30 a.m. Monday, South Dakota Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Mortenson Road to a point three-quarter of a mile further south. The road will be closed for pavement replacement related to the building of an interchange at the U.S. Highway 30 and South Dakota Avenue intersection. The road will be closed for approximately five weeks.

Intersections on the north and south ends of the closure will remain open. A detour will be established. Residents can access South Dakota Avenue from the south.
