Shannon Schwab, junior in hotel, restaurant and institution management, and Tanisha Huse, 6, of Ames, decorate Valentine’s Day cookies at the Ames Boys and Girls Club Monday afternoon. The event was created by Schwab and partner Lana Hollenberg, junior in pre-journalism and mass communication, as part of a social responsibility project for students in Introduction to Hospitality Management.
