This is a letter in response to Kyle Moss’ article in the paper Monday. He said that Creed was the worst band of the year. Where do you get the authority to say something as dumb as that?

Creed has had seven straight number one hits which is a record. Also at the VH1 awards they won numerous awards including “Making the Big Time” award.

These awards were determined by the fans, and fans usually don’t pick the worst bands of the year to honor. Tuesday night at the American Billboard Awards they won Album of the Year, another feat not usually won by the worst band of the year.

Creed is one of the best things to happen to the music industry. Unlike Eminem, who you praised, they sing about positive things. They sing about the worries of becoming a father, ask the question of what this life is for and sing about religious convictions. I know they don’t talk about killing their wives and screwing their mothers. I think these things must turn you on Mr Moss. You are no slim shady, so stop playing with yourself as you dream of Eminem. Listen to both of Creed’s CDs and actually listen to the words.
