Mary Greeley announces fall programs

The Mary Greeley Medical Center, 1111 Duff Ave., announced the schedule of wellness programs and events for September. The MGMC Auxiliary will offer Heart Saver, an adult basic cardiac life support class from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6 at the center. There is a $3.50 fee for the course, which includes one-rescuer CPR, obstructed airway management and stroke awareness for adults. The session is taught by MGMC paramedics. The MGMC Physical Therapy Clinics offer free injury assessment clinics for school-age athletes. Athletes with recent injuries are given a basic assessment by a physical therapist or a certified athletic trainer.
