The information in the blotter is obtained from the Ames Police Department arrest book. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in court.
June 27
* Randall S. Wilson, 19, 133 Beedle Drive #4, was arrested for serious domestic assault. Wilson was released on 0 percent of $1,950.
* Samantha B. Wilson, 19, 133 Beedle Drive #4, was arrested for simple domestic assault. She was later released.
June 28
* Nicholas A. Heermans, 20, 218 N. Hyland Ave. #303, was arrested on two warrants. Heermans was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* Terrance O. Mitchell, 21, Waterloo, was arrested for fifth-degree theft. Mitchell pleaded guilty and was fined $325.
* Joshua Wirtz, 25, 1300 Coconino Road #230, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay for parking. Wirtz was released on $50 bond.
* Michael DiMarco, 23, 3925 Calhoun Ave., was arrested for driving while revoked, leaving the scene of an accident and following too close. DiMarco was given a citation and was released.
June 29
* Dana M. Erickson, 20, Mankato, Minn., was arrested on two warrants. Erickson pleaded guilty and was given time to pay.
* Janet S. Linglebach, 48, 1404 Wilson Ave., was arrested for prohibited acts and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Linglebach was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* Donald A. Robinson Jr., 25, Nevada, was arrested for prohibited acts and possession of a controlled substance. Robinson was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* Melissa L. Howard, 31, 1404 Wilson Ave., was arrested for prohibited acts and possession of a controlled substance. Howard was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* Jordan R. Estrada, 18, Slater, was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief. Estrada was released on his own recognizance.
June 30
* John H. Bierman, 37, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft. Bierman was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
July 1
* Daniel Florres, 35, Las Cruces, N.M., was arrested for public intoxication. Florres pleaded guilty and was fined.
* Michael J. Graham, 30, 1526 Top-O-Hollow Road, was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Graham was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* Ronald L. Salmons, 31, Minneapolis, was arrested for public intoxication. Salmons was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* James M. Aldrich, 53, 6100 W. Lincoln Way, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Aldrich was given a citation and was released.
* Michael Thevlen, 39, 202 E. Lincoln Way #106, was arrested for public intoxication. Thevlen was given a citation and was released.
July 2
* Sabino Nolasco, 39, 3306 N. Grand Ave. #J, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Nolasco was given three citations and was released.
* Jason VanBuskirk, 29, Baton Rouge, La., was arrested for operating while intoxicated. VanBuskirk was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.
* James C. Lavender, 21, 4409 Toronto St. #5, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Lavender was given a citation and was released.
* Alesa F. Taft, 19, 4409 Toronto St. #5, was arrested for driving while revoked, having an expired registration and no insurance. Taft was given citations and was released.
* Randy L. Currie, 27, Boone, was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated. Currie was released on 0 percent of $10,000.
