The information in the blotter is obtained from the Ames Police Department arrest book. All those accused of violating the law are innocent until proven guilty in court.

July 19

* Jeremy B. Milam, 18, Lincoln Lodge Motel #118, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Milam was turned over to officials at the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* Mark A. Jacobson, 23, 1029 Mesa Verde Place, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Jacobson was given two citations and was released.

* Jonathan Miller, 22, 1300 Gateway Hills Park Drive, was arrested on three warrants for failing to pay for parking. Miller was released and was given time to pay.

* Andrew Shannon-Dickens, 20, 212 S. Hyland Ave., was arrested for second-degree theft. He was turned over to officials at the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

July 20

* Junior M. Mungerson, 39, 516 N. Dakota Ave. #7, was arrested for public intoxication. Mungerson was given a citation and was released.

* Eric E. Fisher, 23, 325 S. Walnut Ave., was arrested for public intoxication. Fisher was given a citation and was released.

* Ryan P. Harkin, 23, 715 Wilson Ave. #1, was arrested for fifth-degree theft and harassment of a public official. Harkin pleaded guilty and was released.

July 21

* Naija Hoy, 19, Copenhagen, Denmark, was arrested for being underage on the premises. Hoy paid a fine and was released.

* Brandon Hageman, 20, 134 Campus Ave. #3, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Hageman was released on his own recognizance.

* Damon L. Jackson, 24, 140 Lynn Ave., was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Jackson was given a citation and was released.

* Abayneh R. Turner, 22, 103 N. Franklin Ave. #19, was arrested on warrants for failing to pay for parking. Turner was released on his own recognizance.

* Allison S. Fausett, 19, Des Moines, was arrested for driving while suspended. Fausett was given a citation and was released.

* Michael W. King, 19, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for fifth-degree theft. King was released on $325 bond.

* Damian S. Siech, 27, 2920 West St., was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree theft. Siech was turned over to officials in Blackhawk County.

* Austin L. Buelt, 20, 2920 West St., was arrested for failing to appear for parking. Buelt was released on $150 bond.

July 22

* Amanda M. Boeka, 19, Blair, Neb., was arrested for possession of alcohol under the legal age. Boeka was released on $145 bond.

* Dawn M. Barta, 19, Blair, Neb., was arrested for possession of alcohol under the legal age. Barta was released on $145 bond.

* Harrison D. Guehring, 50, West Des Moines, was arrested for public intoxication. Guehring pleaded guilty and was fined $285.

* Greg Buttery, 30, 1310 Alabama Lane, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Buttery was given a citation and was released.

* Aril Holveck, 41, Nevada, was arrested for public intoxication. Holveck was given a citation and was released.

* Claude B. Heidgerken, 21, 412 Ash Ave., was arrested for public intoxication. Heidgerken was given a citation and was released.

July 23

* Robert R. Louden, 48, 3015 Woodland St., was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated. Louden was given a citation and was released.

* Kevin G. Fries, 21, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for public intoxication. Fries pleaded guilty and was fined $155.

* Cory Gapster, 20, 2621 Hunt St., was arrested for possession under the legal age, harassment of a public official and public intoxication. Gapster was released on 0 percent of $1,000.

July 25

* Jene A. Zarband, 27, 57B Schilletter Village, was arrested for driving while revoked and suspended and failing to secure a child. Zarband was given citations and was released.
