* Hanna J. Scheelhasse, 20, 212 Hayward Ave., was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay for parking. Scheelhasse was released on $60 bond.

* Michael E. Hoover, 22, 420 E. Seventh St. #C14, was arrested for domestic assault. Hoover was turned over to officials at the Story County Jail.

* Fawn R. Hennick, 34, 231 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested on a warrant. Hennick was released on $150 bond.

* Ryan S. Bickett, 23, Prior Lake, Minn., was arrested for public consumption. Bickett was released on a $155.
