To the editor:

I’m finally getting sick and tired of those phone calls we all know too well. It’s not hard to figure out who’s calling when there’s a five-second delay after you say “hello.”

But what irks me even more than just the call is that it’s Iowa State that sells our personal information to telemarketers and credit card companies.

I pay full tuition here at Iowa State, and the least they could do would be to keep my personal information private. This is a very shallow way to generate revenue for the university.
