Lisa Dlouhy, junior in genetics and Government of the Student Body vice president-elect, adds her signature to the giant postcard propped up south of the Campanile on Thursday afternoon. The card will be sent to Iowa Republican leaders in protest of proposed decreased funding for the state’s three regent universities.
