Normally I don’t like to discrimnate, but today is an exception

To the editor:

Normally I don’t complain too much about people driving around campus in the evenings.

But after what I saw tonight, I guess I have to complain now!

Usually I don’t discriminate against foreigners, but today I have a reason to complain about foreigners!

Learn how to drive!

Sure, the people that live in the other half of my duplex are foreign, and I can’t stand the way they park because they take up two parking spaces for one car, and I’m usually complaining to my roommates about them.

Here’s my complaint: Learn how to drive in America.

Sidewalks on campus are not meant to be driven on if there are people walking down them at the time.

I walked out of the east door of Physics at approximately 7:20 p.m. on Feb. 7, and a gray car turned off of Osborne Drive and headed North on the sidewalk.

I was already on the sidewalk when the car turned.

Once the female driver saw I was walking on the sidewalk, she quickly veered off to the side.

My resolution to this is, learn how to drive on the streets and not the sidewalks!

This goes for everyone, not just the foreigners.
