To the editor:

Mr. Wong, as much as I enjoy your columns, I cannot help but respond this time. You wrote: “It is not my intent to show that communism is better than capitalism, although properly executed, it could very well be.”

Well, the point is that communism cannot be properly executed, at least not when humans are involved. We experimented with communism in my country, the Czech Republic, for 40 years with the best intentions, and believe me, you don’t want to try.
