To the editor:

In regards to the condominiums in development on the corner of Sunset Dr. and Beach Ave.: Did the developer perform any type of feasibility study to determine if anyone really wants to buy a condo for $360,000 with a lovely view of the Iowa State Center and several fraternity houses?

If I were spending $360,000 for housing in Ames it would be a much nicer place to live than a condo within walking distance of campus and the fraternity system.
