To the editor:

This is an open letter to the ISU women basketball team: I will not waste your time discussing Sunday’s game against North Carolina.

I will also not discuss the “officiating” during the last five minutes of that game.

All I want to tell you is this: Everyone who watched Sunday’s game understands that sending the first lineup back in was a slap in the face to North Carolina, the referees and NOBODY ELSE!

We are very proud of all of you.

Proud that you defeated a capable opponent.

Proud that you kept your composure and your dignity when they did not.

GO CYCLONES!!!
