LGBT pizza party

Travis Greene

Over the past semester, there has been considerable discussionÿ in one way or another about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) issues.ÿClearly, there are a lot of differing views on the subject.

LGBT Student Services is committed to providing an atmosphere that is safe for all members of the ISU community to explore LGBT issues in an open and non-judgmental manner.ÿ

It is in this spirit that we invite you to join us in an open dialogue to discuss your various thoughts and opinions on this topic.ÿ This is not a debate; instead, it is a chance for us to really talk about things otherwise left unspoken.

On Sunday, a panel of students who are LGBT and allies will share their stories and lead a conversation about anything you would like to discuss relating to LGBT issuesÿThe event will be held in the Terrace Room of Friley Hall at 6 p.m.ÿFree pizza will be provided.ÿThis event is sponsored by LGBTSS, LGBTA Alliance and the various student governments of RCA, TRA and UDA. This is the first in a three-part series of residence hall talks.ÿFuture presentations will be held early next semester. All are welcome!
