The other day I read in the paper that ISU sophomore Travis Spivey had all the charges against him dropped.

He goes into Hardee’s drunk and hits the guy behind the counter.

Furthermore, there was a police officer walking in the door at the time.

I want to know how a person gets out of all the crap he should be in.

Oh yeah, he got a slap on the wrist, and we might see him picking up garbage at the park some time for his community service.

Does an ISU athlete have the right to commit a crime and have people cover it up?

An average Joe would be cuffed and stuffed and paying quite a fine.

He should be punished, and Coach Larry Eustachy is just the kind of man to get it done.
