We are appalled at the level of “journalism” Tara Deering and Sara Ziegler seem to exhibit.

While accurate reporting is a must, does the public need to be subjected to the same vulgar language of a mob?

Could not “F$#@ or F… dry Veishea” produced the same results and level of understanding? While the 1st Amendment protects your right to write at that level, it is very unprofessional and unethical.

Are we as readers supposed to be more impressed with the story because of the vulgar language? It is our hope that ISU produces educated people who can write and speak in a professional manner.

Such printed language only brings discredit to the institution.
