Daily would be wise not to mock Billy Blanks
February 3, 1999
Libel is defined as an action causing hurt or damage to someone’s reputation.
Yesterday’s article by Mr. [Kyle] Moss borders on the defamation of character of Tae-Bo instructor Billy Blanks.
The Daily would be wise to handle this issue with care, after all, the Daily writers are aspiring journalists … other newspapers have been sued for less.
