Tommy Lee, an innocent man?!!!

This is outrageous. I think there is no way to excuse any kind of abuse, much less physical abuse!!

At the start I said: OK, it is true that oftentimes the media will sell images that are not completely accurate. So let’s see.

First shock: He does like music, he knows how to make conversation, and he does not look like an “abuser.”

Hey, welcome to the world. Most abusers are not easy to spot from across the street.

That’s the problem, you know. Second and final shock: “… therefore, she must have done something wrong. He had the right to hit her.”

WHAT???!!!

It is unbelievable that a person can make such a statement.

But it is even worse that it is a statement from a supposedly educated person.

That is my biggest concern in the end.

This is being published, and this is a student of journalism and mass communication.

Do people really know the big responsibility assumed when expressing ideas in mass media?

This is not simply an opinion statement — it is much more than that.

It justifies violence, my friend.
