Carnivore complaints

Mr. Myers and Ms. Wlodarski are missing Amy Hillman’s point. While Amy was disagreeing with vegetarians, she was not saying it was a terrible thing to be one.

I believe she was making the point that if you are a vegetarian, you should not tell other people that they are terrible and should become one.

There are many other ways people pollute their bodies besides eating meat. Using corn oil can lead to high cholesterol.

Ms. Wlodarski says, “Hunting is a perfectly normal way to get food.” Mr. Myers says, “…hunting is not the same thing as the industrial for-profit processing of animals for consumption.”

If people who liked meat could only get it via hunting, this country wouldn’t be where it is today. America is innovative and efficient.

If that means a confinement building used to make large amounts of meat with little human labor, then that means people can be doctors, researchers or other things that help mankind.

Ms. Wlodarski, using a well to get water by hand is a perfectly normal way to get water, but you won’t see me digging one anytime soon.

And pollution is not just a farmer’s problem, it’s societies.

There are many other industries polluting and doing worse things than most farmers. Try to let people make their own decisions.
