BANDY’S BULLETS

—His three touchdown passes in the game tied his career high, previously set on five occasions. The last time he accomplished the feat was against Colorado last year.

—The three scores gave him 32 for his career, leaving him only one behind career leader Alex Espinosa.

—His 230 yards gave him 3,823 for his career, and moved him past Bret Oberg for third on the all-time list. He needs 281 more yards to catch David Archer for second.

DARREN’S DIGITS

—His 86 yards gave him 599 for the year. He is now averaging 150 yards per game, and is on pace for 1650 yards for the year.

—He moved to within 81 yards of establishing himself as the tenth highest rusher in Cyclone history.

TEAM’S TRIUMPHS

—Damien Groce tied the all-time Cyclone mark with three touchdown catches. The record is also held by George Gast, who did it in 1943, and Jim Doran, who accomplished the feat in 1950.

—He was the first Cyclone to catch at least ten passes since Steve Lester did it in 1989 against Oklahoma.

—Dawan Anderson got his second interception of the year and seventh of his Cyclone career, which moved him into sole possession of ninth place on the all-time list.

—Reggie Hayward netted his sixth sack, which places him amongst the nation’s leaders.

—The loss means ISU has never defeated Texas Tech in three attempts.
