Former Iowa State men’s basketball coach Tim Floyd sold his west Ames home for $350,000, according to an article by The Tribune. The new owners of the house are the recently hired ISU men’s basketball coach Larry Eustachy and his wife, Stacy.
Eustachy was named the men’s basketball coach shortly after Floyd left the position to become director of basketball operations for the Chicago Bulls.
Floyd sold his house, which he had purchased for $245,000 in September 1995, last month, according to The Tribune article.
The house, at 3621 Woodland St., is a two-story farmhouse built in 1910 that Floyd remodeled for $50,000.
