Shania Twain will perform at Hilton

Country-pop sensation Shania Twain will perform at Hilton Coliseum Oct. 15 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $34 and go on sale Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. at all TicketMaster outlets.

Tickets purchased at the ticket office must be paid for by cash or check on the first day of sales only. Credit cards can only be used for phone orders on the first day of sales.

35″ Mudder to play all-ages at People’s

Ames’ local hardcore hip-hop quintet 35″ Mudder will play a special early all-ages show at People’s Bar and Grill Saturday at 5 p.m.

The band will play material from its soon-to-be-released new record.

Punk acts Grubby Ernie and Omaha’s Clever will open.
