So what the hell is the deal with the Daily Quick Es? As I understood it, they’re supposed to be short, quick little quips of people’s opinions — hence the word “quick” in the name “Quick Es”.

It seems lately the damn QUICK Es are becoming more like people’s attempts to duplicate Andy Rooney’s style of drawn-out criticism, only they take way too long to get their point across. If you have something to say, and you’re going to waste a ton of our time, then do us all a favor, and write a letter to the editor.
