Ames — The Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Iowa Games are putting out a last-call effort for volunteers.

Over 150 people have already committed for the July 17-19 event, but more are needed to run an event of its magnitude.

Anyone who can work this weekend during the morning or afternoon shifts are to call the Ames Convention and Visitors Bureau at (515) 232-4032 or 800-288-7470.
