Wrong information

Zac Barclay

This letter is in response to my letter to the editor appearing the Thursday April 16 Daily. I stated in my article that male residents could not register females guests and vice versa. Apparently, I was initially informed incorrectly by the residence hall staff in my complex as to the specifics of this policy. Originally, what I said had been what the hall director of my particular building understood to be the policy. Apparently this has been changed and now males are allowed to register females and vice versa. The cohabitation rules do still apply as usual.

Perhaps the administration should make sure all of its employees know the specifics of changes in policy before they expect them to enforce them. I apologize for any inconvenience this misunderstanding has caused, and I hope that I will not be misinformed by the administration again.
