Playing a rare musical breed of polyethnic cajun bluegrass, Leftover Salmon has spawned a new audience of rockers, folkers and jazz lovers with its recent release “Euphoria.”
Since the band’s inception in 1990, the Boulder, Colo., based quintet has been celebrating its cajun-flavored influences on the stage. The band has played diverse venues including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, The Fillmore and the H.O.R.D.E. Festival.
With the release of “Euphoria” and the move from a yellow school bus to a full-fledged tour bus, Leftover Salmon will continue to make audiences forget about the struggles of everyday life through its relentless touring
Leftover Salmon will play tonight at People’s Bar and Grill at 9:30. Tickets are $15 and are still available.
