• Robert W. Sylvester, 41, 211 S. Hyland Ave. #7, was arrested on a warrant, Feb. 17. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Kelly Yvonne Hitsman, 42, 301 Main St. #N, was arrested for contempt of court, Feb. 17. She was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Miguel Sandoval-Moreno, 19, 3500 N. Grand Ave. #6, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and theft in the second degree, Feb. 18. He was turned over to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Diana Bustamante, 20, 6100 W. Lincoln Way #23, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and harassment of a public official, Feb. 18. She was later released and given time to pay.

• Michael Earl Whaley, 55, 1304 Duff Ave., was arrested for indecent contact with a minor, Feb. 18. He was later released on his own recognizance.

• Troy John Milani, 30, 721 Crawford #A, was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse and assault, and violation of a no-contact order, Feb. 18. He was later turned over to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jason Robert Hatch, 20, 2132 Sunset Ave., was arrested for possession of alcohol under the legal age, public intoxication and consuming alcohol in public, Feb. 19. He was later released on a citation.

• Rodney G. Backous, 40, 136D University Village, was arrested for driving under suspension, Feb. 19. He was later released on a 10 percent surety bond.

• John D. Letellier, 56, 225 S. Kellogg, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 19. He was later released and given time to pay.

• Alisa Janelle Dewaard, 24, 610 Squaw Creek Rd. #1, was arrested on a warrant, Feb. 19. She was later released on $75 bond.

• Jennifer A. Bond, 24, 5615 W. Lincoln Way, was arrested operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving under suspension, Feb 20. She was later released on a citation.

• Basem John Gabel, 23, 1005 SE Kensington, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct, Feb 20. He was later released after posting $165 bond.

• Richard L. Knows, 57, 714 10th St., was arrested for three counts of driving under suspension, Feb. 20. He was later released on a citation.

• Todd Alan Oldenbuger, 38, 1239 8th St., Boone, was arrested on a Warren County warrant, Feb. 20. He was later released to Warren County officials.

• Daniel R. Stribe, 21, 2523 Knaap St., was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Feb. 21. He was later released on a citation.

• Luis A. Hernandez, 28, 3316 West St. #3, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 21. He was later released on a citation.

• Shawn C. Anderson, 21, 1625 160th St., Boone, was arrested for theft in the fifth degree and a contempt of court warrant, Feb. 21. She was later released on a citation.

• George E. Harris, 33, 4515 Carrollton, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested for theft in the fourth degree, Feb. 21. He was later released on $650 bond.

• Shane Elam Rouse, 22, 43165 Hwy 6, Oakland, was arrested for driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamines), Feb. 21. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Roberto Manuel Perez, 48, 120 1/2 Broadway, Eagle Grove, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 21. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Clifford Puchaiski, 20, 216 Campus Dr. #9, was cited for underage possession of alcohol in the 300 block of Lynn Ave., Feb. 21.

• David M. Wethington, 19, 5551 Friley Hall was cited for underage possession of alcohol in the 300 block of Lynn Ave., Feb. 21.

• Brian J. Rymill, 21, 10355 Wallace Hall, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 22. He was later released on a citation.

• William Krupps, 20, 3612 Ontario Ave., was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 22. He was later released on a citation.

• Laurence Oliver Daniel, 23, 1013 Yuma Ave., was arrested for driving under suspension and on a warrant from Boone County, Feb. 23. He was later turned over to Boone County officials and released on a citation.

• Michelle Lynn Hunziker, 20, 3124 Aspen Drive, was cited for operating a vehicle with expired registration, Feb. 23. Her plates, which expired in April 1997, were seized.
